We advise people breaking barriers and building a better world.

We’re committed to building a more equitable world by providing legal advice and expertise to people from historically excluded groups as well as individuals, grassroots organizations, non-profits, and businesses working to make positive change.

We advise individuals, organizations, and businesses that align with our values and do good in the world.

We support individuals, grassroots organizations, non-profits, and businesses that are striving to make the world a better, brighter, and more equitable place.

We offer general advising for advocates, protestors, organizations, select businesses, and groups engaged in anti-racist, feminist, LGBTQ, civil rights, environmental justice, and environmental activism that align with our values. We provide services to assess and reduce small group, non-profit, and organizers’ civil liability when planning protests, providing mutual aid, creating onboarding presentations, policies, and materials. We also offer general counsel and employment advising to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations and select businesses.

We provide support for visionaries and organizations as they figure out the best way to make positive change. We advise activists, community groups, and advocacy organizations on ways to advocate for change without filing a lawsuit, the benefits and drawbacks of litigation, and how to negotiate settlement agreements that are responsive to community needs and goals.

We also represent groups in administrative proceedings before local governments, negotiations, and in lawsuits related to discrimination, civil rights, and the environment.

We support people from historically marginalized groups.
