Contract Attorney

Cossart-Daly Law, A.P.C. is continually seeking contract attorneys for environmental, anti-discrimination, and civil rights work. Hours are intermittent and vary significantly based on projects. We are looking for contract lawyers who:

  • Have more than three years of experience in environmental, anti-discrimination, and/or civil rights law.

  • Are licensed to practice law in California.

  • Have strong legal writing and research skills.

  • Are flexible, innovative, and think outside the box.

  • Are committed to, passionate about, and have experience with social, racial, gender, and environmental justice work.

  • Are willing to learn and able to engage in conversations that involve constructive feedback.

  • Are practiced in engaging in direct, honest, kind, and respectful conversations with supervisors.

  • Independently execute large filings, motions, and research projects.
