Potential Client Process

Our process is designed to be welcoming, helpful, and straightforward.

  • We’ll review the information you share in your intake form or over the phone, and determine if we can support you.

  • If we can help, we'll schedule a consultation with Attorney Elise Cossart-Daly. She'll answer your questions, explain your legal rights, and provide strategies to help you achieve your goals.

  • If we’re a good fit, we’ll send you an agreement that outlines our work together, take care of payment details, and gather any outstanding information, so we can get to work for you.

  • We want to make sure you get the support you need, so if our practice isn’t a match for you, we’ll recommend other attorneys or services.

  • Advising
    Advising services are billed at an hourly rate.

    Negotiations, Administrative Complaints, and Lawsuits
    These matters are typically billed at an hourly rate. In select discrimination, reproductive rights, and employment cases, we offer contingency fee agreements, where we don't charge any fee, unless our clients are compensated for the harm they've suffered.
